This review is for Uggs Canada not the location specifically but had to share. Also note that I would give a negative star review if I could. I purchased a pair of Slippers online and went to the Vaughn Mills location to return them as they did not fit. They took my Slippers and advised my that I would receive my return in 5-10 days (which is rediculous) after 2 weeks I reached back out to them and they said they would reprocess the return. It is April 7th and still nothing. Really? Almost a month to get my money back? Never again!

Great sale prices. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Was even able to get a referral to a place to repair my uggs.
Help staff, i had to return a shoes that i bought for my daughter online just before christmas. The Sales associate was extremly helpful in processing the return

this store is amazing. It is hard to find good deals, but once you find it, its like REALLY amazing discounts. Other than that I just find the selection very good.
I exchanged my daughter UGG winter boot in this store. I am writing to say the young lady that was the manager, was very nice and patient girl and helped me a lot. I want to say thank you for all her kindness.
