I had put off getting hearing aids for a year, and had researched carefully to make sure I was getting good value for my money. I was amazed at the VERY reasonable cost at UB Hearing....and the hearing aids were from one of the best rated companies that I had researched. But, as good as the hearing aids are, the service is even better, just outstanding. All my questions were answered clearly and completely, Jon spent a great deal of time discussing what my hearing test meant, and why the aids he suggested were the best for me at this time. Kristin made sure I had all the paperwork I needed to make a benefits claim, and took care of getting the government rebate so that I didn't have to worry about that. I can say sincerely, that even if I move out of the Trenton area, I will come back to UBHearing for any of my hearing aid needs.

Even though I haven't had an chance to deal with this company, i would highly recommend ppl go far & wide to deal with this, company. They took the time to explain the options I had after loosing my hearing aids knowing they were purchased else were!!!! My regret was not having know about this company when first needing hearing aids. Rest assured they will be getting my business when able to be getting it
My experience at Uber was extremely positive. I had the most comprehensive test ever. Jon and Kristin are both very personable, and will do there utmost to accommodate your needs. ' Case in point' I lost my left ear to cancer and was left with a very short ear canal. Jon is the only one that ever told me that it is cheaper to get two then one,and why. He found a small aide that worked for me . Jon spent considerable time to make the different aides work together. The total cost for both was just under 450. I rate their customer service as second to none.

Both Kristin and Jon are AMAZING!! They have been very accommodating with my schedule. Both are very knowledgeable, helpful and seem to truly care about patients instead of pushing expensive products. Will and have recommended them. It is a pleasure working with you!!
