Today I had my HSG at UBC hospital! Great staff! Reception and nurses! Dr. Murray, radiologist, has performed the procedure! It was an excellent experience! I was afraid before seeing him! He was professional and explained each step for me! I feel great now, after 6 hours of the test!

My specialist actually specifically asked me to book either here or at Royal Columbian hospital because he said their results are the most clear and reliable. I called and left a voicemail outside of business hours and my call was returned the next day to book my appointment for the following week. Parking was easy and close to the hospital and the Radiology department was clearly labeled and easy to find. My appointment was running on-time and the reception and medical staff I encountered were all friendly, patient and respectful. Dr. Legiehn was phenomenal and I would recommend him to any loved one in a second.
Worst department ever. Phones never work in that department. Impossible to talk to someone. They had to rechedule our appointment because a technician is sick. We had waited a month for the appointment and now we have to wait another month. Ridiculous system as we are taking the punishment of other peoples mistake.
Had a procedure done recently at UBC Radiology and the experience was excellent. Almost painless with sedation, the nurse was excellent, doctors had a empathetic manner, were incredibly gentle, and explained both the procedure and the results very well. Very impressed with my experience. Thank you!
Really frustrating staff; I’m trying to book a test with them for couple of months; they never answer the call or return the voice messages. I finally got someone on phone this month, and her awful service end up with saying no spots available after 3 days of my phone calls and following up. Every day I heard we call you back while they never did. Such disordered organizations are really frustrating, and it's so sad that this kind of disappointing department is part of the UBC. Asking the supervisor to deal with the issue; we chatted on phone, and he accepted that they got the referral the first day I call. He supposed to deal with that, and get back to me which NEVER happens.
