I am not sure what is going on in Niagara Falls, but this the third place where it just blew our socks off with food and service. Dining in was still allowed and we opted to do just that, and we were the only couple in this small place. Love the vegan choices they had for us. Ordered a Beyond Burger and Beyond Vegan Taco Pita. As a side we also ordered a Vegan Poutine. As the grill had a lot meat and bacon grease on it we requested the grill to be cleaned. And the request was taken seriously. The griller made amazing efforts to clean and cook for us a meal that was not contaminated with meat by-products. The burger was OK. Well cooked and pressed to have a char on the outside and had slight crunch to the patty. Which was amazing. The Taco Pita which had grounded Beyond Patty and also done perfectly. We topped the pita with a sweet spicy Thai sauce which made it perfect. The Fries and gravy were very good. The Cheeze does not go gooey as the real thing, but satisfied our craving for a Vegan Poutine. The service by both the staff was amazing. I wish could extra stars than I already have!

Visited three times in the past couple months and I've consistently had problems on every visit. Ridiculous mistakes with orders (order three identical poutines of the same size, the order recorded was two of one size and the third in a smaller size) the place is consistently understaffed, and there's always far too many people given the current pandemic. They serve excellent food, but with such terrible service and management I can't recommend it at all.
A modern Mediterranean fusion pitas made to order in an open concept interactive kitchen. Fresh ingredients. Buffalo chicken pita is class apart. Try their daily specials, it’s worth it.
Warming! Your first visit will be the first of many, and you may dream about they'r food! There are so many amazingly delicious options at U Need A Pita. The value for your money is outstanding. The employees are well mannered, and super helpful. Run, don't walk to this location and get yourself anything on their menu!
Went there tonight for pickup - usually love this place, though this is my first time back since the pandemic started. When I got home, I realized I had been charged an additional 25% tip...no one mentioned it or asked me, no signage about this, so I was really surprised to see that. I have no problem with tipping, especially during this time, but I'm pretty taken aback that I wasn't notified prior to actually paying - I was just charged this with no explanation or request. Is the restaurant charging an additional 25% gratuity (if so, you should notify customers beforehand) or was this a mistake?
