The worst place ever. As an organized business sector their services are not up to the mark. They keep you on hold for HOURS to get in touch with an actual person. Never taking their service ever in my life. They don’t have the sense of importance for others’ time. What a stupid place. If you need moving service, please don’t waste your time here. I wish I could give zero stars

Don't know what other people are complaining about. I had great service,. Everyone was friendly and they moved as fast as they could.

I had horrible experience I dropped off the trailer two hours after pick up and the attendant told me I was good to go. Two days later I got a call asking me if I dropped off the trailer. I told them I did after 2 hours of pick up and they say ok. Two more days I see additional charges for delaying the drop off... I called the store and talked to Sammy who said they will refund me and I will see the refund in 3-5 business days. 8 business days past and I still have no refund. When I call I am on hold for ever. I am still chasing them for my money.

Horrible experience at this U-Haul. Staff did not wear a mask and took pictures of the front and back of our licence on her cellphone to process the reservation. We made a reservation online and it took an hour and a half to finally get the truck, only to find it was sandwiched between two other trucks and we had to get another. It was very clearly not santizied between uses as the truck was filthy on the inside and had old garbage. Will never be back here again.
