Booked a 15 foot cube truck on feb 9th 2021. The date I booked it for was feb 27th 2021... that’s over 2 weeks in advance! I get there and I stood there for 45 minutes while the two employees walked in and out of the store without acknowledging the long line up of people. Customers would talk to the employees and there was no response.. at all. Once we gave the employees our order number, we were told that they lost the truck key and had no other options for us. With this being said we stood in the parking lot looking around at the many options of trucks that were. in the end we were given a cargo van! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIKE GOING TO THIS LOCATION.

I rented a truck yesterday and as I climbed into the drivers seat I set my travel mug in the drink holder. After driving away I picked up my coffee to take a sip and found a used non-medical face mask at the bottom of the drink holder. U-Haul claims to have intensified their sanitation of equipment to protect the public. If the cab had been properly sanitized the mask would have been found and disposed of. This is absolutely unacceptable during a pandemic. They have a responsibility to their customers to ensure equipment is properly cleaned. There is no excuse. Their negligence compromised both my health and my sons. To make matters worse, I complained and have still received no response from them. No responsibility or accountability.

After they messed up my initial appointment time, I dropped off my car for a hitch install and was told it would be done in 1.5 hours. After returning 2 hours later, they had not even started and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but they are incredibly disorganized - prepare to be frustrated.
