- Called and booked an appointment for 1pm-2:30pm on a Friday. Gave my credit card details. - Arrived at 12:45pm and dropped off the keys and my cell phone number as I was going to wait and walk around the area. They wee to call me upon completion. - I was called at 1:10pm saying there will be a delay in my service due to the previous appointment taking the installer extra time. No problem. - No call. So I walked back. I was told their system was in error and that they don't have the hitch for my vehicle and can't get it for a week. They said \someone was supposed to call\ me. - Three hours of my time wasted. Terrible service. Took my business elsewhere. - I would give a zero star rating is it was possible. - DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS.

I had to give atleast 1 start to make a review. Worst customer service. Two times I’ve been there and each time had issues. The lady at the front deck lied to my face and when I questioned her about it she changed her story and had to ask someone else deal to with me because she couldn’t keep her lies straight and I was calling her out on it! The next fellow was nicer but there was nothing he could do since the transaction was already completed. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE!!!
