Needed a 10’ cube truck to move something and reserved it online. Process was super easy and detailed. Got to the location and got in the truck in a matter of 10 minutes. Truck was clean and in good shape. Only one disadvantage was that the description should mention that the floor is not completely flat due to the wheel wells coming about 5” off the floor. My item would not have fit well if I didn’t get an additional pallet to raise the item. Return process was super efficient and Francesca was great. Super friendly, pleasant and professional. Saved myself close to several hundred dollars had I had the store deliver for me. Would easily do this again.

Made reservations online (confirmed) only to discover that the truck I had reserved was not available. The staff made a larger one available at no extra cost (if you don't count the extra fuel these monsters burn) but I had to wait at least 45 minutes to get served and before the truck was ready. I guess you get what you pay for.

You need be very careful about the truck mileage they written on the paper to you. I rented truck here to move before. All about 10km, after returning, they told me is around 40km. At last I have to pay the extra 30km. After a few days I realized they recorded the mileage xxxx8x to xxxx5x.

I have had only positive experiences with the people here at U-Haul Creamzie. Very accommodating & quick on their feet to troubleshoot. Recommended as MTLs U-haul hub IMO. Make sure to book in advance folks & save the headaches! keep track of KMs & fuel / drive safe. Thanks

I been renting in the pass decade closeto 700 trucks from Halifax to Vancouver and multiple locations across the USA. I never ever had a poor service like today. Had to wait 1:00 on site yo be given the wrong truck. I had to broom, shovel clean it before they realized it was the wrong one.... I left over 1h40 minutes after my arrival.oh and obviously clean my self the new truck. I had 0 windshield washer fluid in the reservoir while the rental is the 2nd of January. On top of that being the customer service was completely absent I strongly suggest to not get service at this location.
