We were redirected to this location to pick up a 15ft truck that had been reserved 6 days earlier for pick up from the location at The Comfort Motel for 8 am. Once we were able to find the place which is located in a convenience store we discover that the location did not open until noon. Luckily the owner shows up at 9:30 and promptly tells me that he does not have a truck for me but offers to call UHaul to try and help me out. After opening his reservation app he tells me that my reservation is for 10am and that although there is a truck sitting in the lot mine has not been returned, he then discovers that the truck had been returned to the Comfort Motel and was rented out as they did not show a reservation. Now I really appreciate the time and effort the owner took to help me get a vehicle, he even called his other clients to see if they still needed the truck which they were late picking up but I do not understand why with multiple trucks sitting I was not able to get the vehicle I requested at the time I requested.
The guy was friendly and helpful but the prices were way off from what was advertised
didnt have a truck for me. booked 2 months ahead.
