This uhaul location has been the worst customer experience I've had. First of all, I had been in contact with the owner many times prior the day of my pickup scheduled at 5:00pm. So I called him at 4:30 to give notice of my arrival at 5 and he proceeded to yell at me that he was busy with another customer and wouldn't be back for an hour and a half and then hung up on me, when we discussed earlier that I would be there at 5. I called back and he screamed the same thing at me again and also hung up again. After waiting around for a bit, he called and I met with with and he was reasonable in person but definitely will not be going back ever. I couldn't even get into his house yard where he keeps the trailers because I had a big tow vehicle, so he had to drive it out to the main road for me to access. Anyway, my plans changed and I no longer needed the trailer. And he said he couldn't pick it up for 4 or more days cause he was busy and would charge me full price for the 4day rental even though I didn't even touch the trailer. I would have happily paid 1 day rental for loss of use. So I had to find a friend with a truck to take the trailer back to his yard since I couldn't fit it in with my rv pulling it. What a pain, and a disrespectful person to deal with. Highly recommended you stay away from this place. Totally worth the drive to houston.

I made a reservation by phone only to get a call from someone in Vancouver in less than an hour after booking it to be told that “they can’t fill my reservation because this location doesn’t have the trailer that I wanted to “. My booking wasn’t for another two weeks so they have plenty of time to get the trailer there. They went on to tell me that “they will call me 24 hours before I’m to pick up the trailer and tell me where I needed to drive to in order to pick it up or I could cancel the renovations”. Don’t waste your time booking with U-Haul.
