Scenario: Book online 1.5 months in advance to pick up a large u-haul truck in Williams Lake. LESS THAN 24hrs before pick up time we are told that WE need to drive to 100 mile to get it. We waste over 2hrs on moving day to drive there and we don’t get compensated for the gas we need for the car we now need to drive to 100 mile. Waste of time
