Pathetic. Person on the counter is rude. Charged me twice the price of packing supplies. When i showed him the price on uhaul website he told me he doesnt care. He sells is at double the cost.

Total waste of time, this place is completely unprofessional. Counter staff was incredibly rude. Clearly didn't like anyone. Go to a main branch of uhaul and don't bother with this place.

Terrible customer service by the counter staff. I tried to give this place a chance by overlooking the negative reviews and I ended up being disappointed at how rude the gentleman was at the counter. Please do yourself a favour and use another U-Haul dealer.

Really poor service,the owner asked me to clean the stuff in the trunk when I pick up the truck and told me he is busy.
