Calling them for a long time and not puckiyup phone. While announcement says we are available from 2 to 6 but never pick up the phone. Very irresponsible service

Walked in looked around for 10 minutes 3 employees all ignored me. I was ready to buy a 55inch tv but I walked out
I reserved a truck 1 month prior to our move. 3 days before the move I received a call saying they dont have the size I need available and the only way to get the size I need is to drive 98km to pick it up then drive 98kms back to my house, only to drive another 80km for my move! Very very displeased with the service and if I could book with another company I would but it being 3 days before our move now everywhere else is book! All they did was cover the extra kms I'll be driving and gave us an extra day...which we dont need!
Customer service is good.As this is not a dedicated Uhaul location they dont have many cargo vans to rent.
The uncle working at this store is incredibly helpful! He did a great job of showing me the truck, was extremely friendly, and even offered to look into the truck multiple times for me after I'd returned it since I left something in there (he found it for me!)
