Had an issue with our vehicle when spending a night in osoyoos. Booked a truck and trailer online, and when I went to pick it up, the place didn't have what I booked. The staff member was extremely helpful, and got me a bigger truck and trailer for the same price. She also came out and showed me exactly how to use the equipment, helped me attach the truck to the trailer and helped me put the car on the trailer. Before I left, she saw me off to make sure everything was good to go. Absolutely wonderful customer service, and was a nice experience to have after a very stressful trip.
