Don't waste your time going here. Rented a uhaul and they gave my friends uhaul truck to someone else under their insurance etc. Lady is extremely rude and the absolute WORST customer service ever experienced at a business.
Reserved a van days in advance, go to pick it up, not there. What is the point of booking something if you don't have it? This has happened TWICE now with Uhaul. Guy calls Uhaul, we wait on hold and then sends me to another location. That location, not open for hours. Call customer service, they hang up on me. Call again, transferred me to an agent doing reservations in the Western US, thanks that was really helpful in the situation. Finally get through to 'scheduling' and the best they could do was send me to a different city, hours later. You guys failed in every aspect today and now I'm left scrambling moving to a new city, thank you for completely f*&ing up my move.
Reasonable price. Friendly staff. I would not hesitate to use them again.
