Service is good. I signed up for 24/7 truck share option and requested a truck for 7am and however i got the truck at 10am. Therefore no trust in this 24/7 truck share option. Trucks are good in condition. They also have indoor and outdoor units. But they do not have gates or fences like other storage places.
The customer services at this location needs a,little work. I had to ask them to remove the snow from the window. I had to warm up the truck and had to go back to ask help to open the frozen back door before I leave their premises.
Loved the service at the counter. Hated that it took 8 weeks to get back the applicable portion of my deposit remittance. Took 6 phone calls and a visit back to get the matter settled.
Hired a truck for some reno pickups. Quick speedy service. No hastle
