I got my trailer hitch installed here and is very happy about their service. Staff are friendly, they also changed the ball mount from drop to raise for me free of charge. I cannot give a 5 star because they cannot make it within scheduled time. Even I booked a time slot online, everyone is pretty busy on Saturday. So it is better to call them to confirm before arriving.

Worst experience of my life.. The charged us 219 for 23:50 mins! Not even 1 full day! We fueled the gas for 15 on top of that Not fair not happy with their services! How does 19.95 for a day turns to 219? We literally moved our home because it caught fire and it was 3 mins away to new home from original address!
They don't pick their call. I haven't got my refund . The guy told me I don't need to do anything just put the uhaul in the parking lot and I'm good to go. My money will be refunded by the end of the day. I saw another person (Tim A) had same issue. PLEASE give me my refund back.
