Horrible service, trucks are not fit for moving outside of the city, especially in the winter time, customer service is even worse. If the truck gets stuck in your driveway because this company is to cheap to actually put on a decent set of tires, it's your issue, and your problem. Overall horrible experience with this company.

I have used this location many times! I have had nothing but amazing service with dealing with them. Rob made sure we had the trailer ready to go when we needed it. Everything was organized and clean. Excellent customer service, excellent quality, super friendly and easy to deal with. I will definitely be using this location again when we need it. All staff that works there have always gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you, Rob and the rest of the crew for an amazing experience, each and every time

The best service I've had in a long time! The manager was amazing and very accommodating! We rented last minute and they made it a great experience! The staff were also helpful when I had questions about the rentals and a few other things! Definitely the best place to go for moving and storage in Kingston! I will definitely be back! 10/10

I’ve used this location to support many moves across multiple cities over the years and am proud that this location is in my hometown. They always put forth their best effort to ensure the logistics of your trip are hassle free. Also great prices on propane refills.
