After I loaded the truck I tried to started the engine and the battery was dead. By coincidence the manager called me at the same time, asked how was being my experience, I explained and said that I was waiting a friend to come and help me to boost the battery. The manager was just concerned about the time that I would return the vehicle because he had another reservation after mine, he didnt offered any help, not at all. Terrible experience, imagine if I was someone that didn't know how to boost or if I didn't have anyone to help out. What a headache. Guess what, no discount was provided due to this situation but if I was late just a few minutes, for sure they would charge me.
Positive experience with this Uhaul. The customer entrance and area is just a sectioned off portion of a warehouse which is a bit weird, but good enough. Person at the front desk was pleasant and easy going. Truck worked just fine. The amount authorized on my card was amended to the actual amount owing and I can verify they charged my card the right amount. Everything was easy and quick. I would highly recommend this location.
