This is a great location! The staff is friendly, the trucks are clean and the lines are non existent! It’s a well kept secret uhaul location with great staff and awesome equipment. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Don't know the meaning of logistics or scheduling for that matter. Since people can't change their move in or out dates they give out equipment what ever they have regardless how long ago you book the truck. Folks in the comments are right worst customer service ever. Steer clear of this location if you want your move in or out less stressful
Blonde lady behind the desk doesn't know what she's doing. Only 1 person working. I fell asleep resting my head in line. After an hour of waiting, she said im at the wrong location. The worst experience of my life. To listen to someone's small talk when they are incompetent at their job... just do your job. Steer clear, avoid this location like the plague.
The store i went to in the foothills industrial park was excellent, the staff was great and very professional.
Do NOT go to this THIS LOCATION!!! I've dealt with most of their locations over the years and it's always been a good experience. I'm in a wedding-related business and during the summer I rent U-Haul trucks quite often travelling back and forth to Canmore and Banff as well as within Calgary. This is the only location where I found the staff to be unpleasant. It's a strange experience, at first you can't really put your finger on it; they're not actually outright rude, you just get the feeling they'd rather being doing almost anything other than helping you. I spoke to three different staff (on the phone, when I picked up and when I dropped off) and each time I felt like it was an imposition. This was at 3 pm so it wasn't remotely busy at the time. No "hello" when it was my turn in line, just "next". No "thank you" or "goodbye"at the end of the transaction. Not one of them even smiled. None of the basic and minor retail skills that even a sixteen year old kid is aware of their first day on the job at a 7-11. I only went there because it was the only location that still had the vehicle type I needed. It was like an exercise in "how not to make a customer feel welcome". I don't know if anyone at U-Haul really cares, but if you do and you read my review, I suggest you send a few silent shoppers into this location so they too can have a truly uncomfortable experience. I've had other subpar service in the past, who hasn't, but this is the first time I've felt motivated to spend my valuable time leaving a negative review. Lastly, I find it odd that on the U-Haul website (the one that they control) the reviews are mostly positive and that on Google Reviews there are so many negative reviews. Just an observation.
Would rate a 0, if I could. Very disappointed with my first and will be the last time I use Uhaul. Initially booking online with a preferred location, to find out that, that location can't carry the 15' truck (the day before) and have to reconfigure my entire trip, to accommodate Uhaul. When I recieved the vehicle the windows and mirrors were so filthy, that the first stop I had to make was a gas station to wash it. The interior of the vehicle was no better. Dust all over the dash and old pop stains on around the cup holders was a clear sign that no Covid protocols are in place at this uhaul location. My next call after writing this review will be contacting the local "snitch" line for Covid violations. When I called the company, this morning none of my concerns were addressed and the manager wasn't available to talk. Use a different company, to avoid the stress and Covid-19 for your next move.
Do yourself a favour and don’t bother visiting this U-Haul location. I cannot remember the last time I was this frustrated with a company. So we booked a 20 ft truck online for our move and needed it for 48 hours. We get to the store to pick it up at 4:30 pm and the staff member working there tells us we’re due back the next morning at 6:30 am. I was speechless. My boyfriend stated we had made the reservation to keep the truck for 2 days, staff member rudely says “absolutely not”. Then we ask what if we don’t bring the truck back on time? He proceeds to tell us “then we come in guns a blazing” (No word of a lie). So we take the truck and he books us another one for two days later. We ask if there’s any discount in price since we would only have the truck for 12 HOURS. Nope, nothing. We never received any notification that our reservation had changed. Brutal customer service. So we call the customer service line. The lady on the other end is nothing short of an absolute saint. She says she has no idea how they messed our reservation up so badly. Within 20 minutes the whole thing is dealt with and we have the truck for the next 2 days - no problem at all. In short, save yourself the trouble and book with another U-Haul store. It is not worth the stress or your sanity to deal with this location, as it seems that the staff have absolutely no clue what they’re doing.
