Not sure what the name of the employee was, but she screwed us up with our reservation. We mentioned we need truck Friday and Saturday and she said ok, she gave my husband reservation for Friday. When we went to ask for a change in the dimension of the truck for wither Friday or Saturday, she said we do not have a reservation for Saturday as she cannot book a truck for more than 24 hours for same person. We were one week into the move, and we had movers and booked the elevator to move, but no truck. She said there is nothing to do, as they do not have any availability. She never mentioned this issue when we were there to book, we could have made a reservation into our company or my name. Nothing. she just knew from the beginning she is screwing us up.

They either incorrectly hooked up the trailer to my car or their trailer was broken (it pulled very weird and unusual)...about 20 mins later the trailer comes off the hitch while driving and damages my vehicle. Their insurance company (which is also owned by them...what a coincidence right?) denied the claim saying it was hooked up properly because a photo they have. My Tesla records video and I have proof that it popped off from the time they hooked it up. Also got no manuals for the trailer when I picked it up. Will be taking them to court. Don't recommend customers go here. Oh and their service is not friendly, but that's okay because their prices are low but would be nice to be like the Milton location. If the owner/manager wants to save himself a problem in the near future, he's got 30 days to contact me to resolve. You know who I am.
Just excellent. Daniela was very helpful, professional and friendly. The rental process was smooth and clear. She helped me install/hook-up the trailer that I rented and to make sure that was secured. Fully recommended... kudos
Fairly efficient with the check in and check out. Clean vehicle, got what I paid for. Rented the 26 ft truck and man this is a big one. Same price as the 20 ftr
