Seriously understaffed. I went to pickup a truck that I had reserved online and had to wait 2 hours to see someone at the counter. There was only 1 employee inside and he did his best, but he had to do everything on his own. Will definitely try the self serve options in the future.

It took me over 3 hours just to claim the trailer that i already reserved online. There was only 7 people in front of me and your staff is not to blame. They worked as quickly as possible and were very polite but your center only had one person at the main desk and this person not only had to take care of the contract but also had to go locate and attach any vehicle or trailer rented. This is ridiculous for your employees, it creates a bad climate between staff and customers. Hire more people, clearly the demand is there and uhaul is not a small company. Terrible experience, again, not the staffs fault.

0 STARS Rented a 15 foot cube, the alternator BROKE DOWN AFTER LESS THAN 20KM. Called the store, no interest at all "call the hotline", called the hotline, be told to use the website, website is not working, call the hotline, wait 15 minutes to speak to a human being. Had to wait 30 minutes stuck in a high-traffic area to get a callback, they told me to leave the truck there with the keys under the seat the towing would come in 2 hours. Police arrived, got fined for blocking traffic, had to resort to emergency towing. The ONLY thing uhaul did is BILL ME for my rental ! Horrible service, horrible trucks AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Line ups on a Saturday morning. If you booked online in advance and do the self check-in, everything goes well. Didn't have to wait. Return was also simple. Didn't expect it to be as smooth.

After giving up on the Centre 2000 location I’ve started coming here. Over the last 5 times I’ve come they’ve been ready and efficient getting me my equipment with minimal wait. The lot is a bit small and crowded but the staff are much more prepared than the other location.

Recently rented a trailer. First, got a surprise when I opened it at my home, it was filled with garbage. We tried to contact them but they wouldn't answer. They kept sending our call to the central U-Haul place. I thought this was partly my mistake, I should have checked inside before leaving with the trailer. But this morning, I received a bill for an extra day out of nowhere even though I brought the trailer back on time. Now I have to deal with this,and since they never answer the phone,I guess I'll have to go in person, which means 3hour drive now that I moved. I'm very angry right now.

under staffed, only one clerk omat the counter, line up outside in the cold. bad service overall. would not go there again.
