The guys who showed up to remove my tree were amazing. Quick work, conscious about my neighbours property, cleaned the area fully when they were done. I used Twelve Oaks for the entire process as I was not interested in speaking with someone at City Hall since they care more about trees than people. What impressed me most is that they did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. I will def use them again and refer them to clients. THANKS 12'OAKS:)

Excellent personnel---The removal of tall trees in a tricky, mature and perennial Garden, was done with extreme care and with-out damage-all debris removed and I was 100% Happy. The pine tree pruning was done with such care and I was so surprised how well everything turned out. The Team was terrific and I would absolutely refer them to anyone and all.
I was looking for an experienced arborist for some tree removal and pruning done . After meeting a number of Arborists and receiving multiple quotes, I ended up choosing Twelve Oaks Tree Service. I decided to go with Twelve Oaks because of Wes. Everyone else was all about the price and playing up how much work is needed etc. The typical sales pitch with inflated prices. Wes was never like that at all. From our initial call to our onsite visit, he was absolutely so professional, polite, and honest. Wes was the only one who took the time to educate me around the work needed. Wes and his team completed the work in a timely fashion, and made sure the area was all cleaned up before they left. Thank you Wes and team, for the exceptional work you did! I would definitely recommend Twelve Oaks Tree Service, you will not be disappointed.

Wes responded promptly to my request for an estimate to fully prune a mature Norway maple and remove several problem trees from my back yard. Their quote on the work was by far the most reasonable of the quotes I got. As I watched them work, it was quickly apparent that they were not only very skilled at their jobs, but also very careful to avoid any damage to the grounds or adjoining structures. The job was completed on time and on budget. The post-job cleanup was very thorough. I was most impressed by their professionalism and their great customer service. Highly recommended!
