I have never written a review about any place before but I had such a bad experience that I have to share. My boyfriend and I wanted to rent 1 jet ski for an hour on Sunday at around 11:30am and was told it was 120 for an hour plus 500 CASH deposit. First of all, who brings that much cash to the beach... anyways, I told the man we don’t have cash but he can take it from my credit card or debit card and I even offered to let him keep my cards during my water time. He just kept saying that he needed cash and that was final. He said they can’t take a deposit on a credit card because I will just cancel my card and not pay for it. (yeah like i’m going to be in the middle of the lake and stop to call my bank to cancel my credit card during my jet ski time). He would not even make eye contact with me and just kept saying he wanted the cash or I can’t rent. There was no one else even on the water renting from them, it seemed to me that he didn’t want to be at work and he was also complaining that he works 7 days a week and he was busy doing stuff. Its like i was annoying him by wanting to rent. He was constantly scratching his arms and being fidgety while avoiding eye contact. I asked if the owner was coming in later on and I will just come back to speak to him, but was never given an answer. In my opinion, do not ever go here, the staff is clearly on drugs and do not want to service you.

Very unprofessional (staff drinking on the job) Ridiculous increase in price It’s 150 an hour and you have to rent for 2 hours minimum That’s horrible for someone who is there for a limited time or for a person who is going on for the first time- you are basically forced to be on for 2 whole hours Very disappointed, terrible service and unprofessional Also, before sitting on it I did not see any sanitization which is almost mandatory these days! Will be looking at other spots for rental And will prevent others from coming here as I recommended the jet skis to so many of my family members and they have been coming!
One of the worst experience of life. This place is full of scammers and liars. Who brings 500 cash as a security deposit and give you receipt on a blank torn out piece of paper with no HST number on it? Jet ski was so bad that it was losing power in the middle of the lake. The owner also said because his Wi-Fi does not work his computer also does not either (scratching head). I will definitely report this business to CRA for financial practices. Please avoid this place.
The best place to rent a seadoo from . We go there every week and every time we have more fun . Prices are great and they have the best machines in Turkey point. Highly recommended.
