We were Turf Systems customers for over 7 years. Not sure what has happened in the last 3 years but the service has gone down hill. Maybe a change in ownership? Today we were scheduled to have our irrigation system closed at 8am. Once again... no one shows up and requires me to be late for work again. This happened six times in the last three years. Always late or no shows for System closing time and opening time too. Unfortunately this will be our last service by Turf Systems.

Awful experience with this company, don't think the worker knew I saw him from my window while servicing my property barely put down any topseed or dressing, lawn showed no improvement. Now with Turf King Hamilton and the customer service and overall service is a million times better. Thanks for nothing guys! Edit: appreciate the investigative work, but didn't want to use my name for the review, please work on improving your company, can't believe you guys are still in business.

Worked for this company once. Their job posting gave specific hours of 7-3pm Mon-Fri. I got the job after applying and interviewing. Once I started working there, the hours were not what I was expecting as I was constantly finishing work well into the evenings. Also, we worked with heavy lawn aeration machines that we had to lift up and down off a pickup truck without any kind of ramp or lift gate. A workers injury just waiting to happen. Needless to say, they were very misleading and withholding of information.
