I had purchased the turf from Turf doctor a few years ago, installed it myself and had Marks team power brush the turf. After one year the turf was laying flat and I have been trying to get his company to come and powerbrush it again for the past two years. After originally saying he would do it for free and they would come do it between jobs they didn't show up at all that season. The next season came around and I said I will pay, because I really just want it done. I tried to schedule him again and after making up excuses to not do it he finally said his company is not interested in power brushing. He has wasted my time for two years and handled the situation completely unprofessionally. I regret purchasing the turf from his company because dealing with him has been such a nightmare.

If you want to deal with a company that never calls you back or answer's your text messages. This is your team! I have placed countless missed calls with no call-backs. And text messages with no replies. Perhaps, I landed with dealing with the wrong employee. But personally, cannot recommend this company.
I have used this crew more than once now. Mark has been great and the work is top notch. Would recommend to anyone, and I do regularly.
Paula, Mark and the entire crew were fabulous to work with. We love our yard and constantly see passers by stopping to admire it. Definitely the best yard decision ever. Turf Doctor is a totally professional company that sells an exceptional product. We highly recommend anyone thinking of an artificial turf yard to call them.
