Jon was helpful and patient as I decided on a new utility knife. I wasnt familiar with benchmade, but he took the time to explain the designs and the materials used. I tried pretty much all of them before i decided on my Bencnmade Triage. It's a pretty good folder.

Great customer service and selection. They are not operating like they used to because of COVID-19 but are still available by email and answer them diligently. Great guys to deal with and know their stuff. Very happy with my purchase, supporting local businesses and will shop there again.
