Outstanding service from the home service techs. Solid and reliable internet with prompt service. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The only negative is the cable tv equipment. The device user interface is very poorly designed and frustrating to use (not likely something in TCC's control.)

We have been a customer for almost 2 years and find the equipment and program packages adequate, the staff that come to your home OUTSTANDING but the staff that answer customer service lacking. We have had to call on 2 separate occasions and have found all but one person answering calls (I believe her name is Ann) unpleasant at best. They could care less if you are happy, unhappy, a customer or not. It seems like a huge inconvenience that you called. Too bad really other than that we have been quite happy with the service.
