My wife just loves this brand and their many locations. I have a feeling I'm going to be spending a little time here. The sales girls at this location are getting to know me and the \man chairs\ are more comfortable than other ML's . Fashion clothing from some top Canadian and American designers, but don't take my word for it. Thanks for another fun time .....

I’m not sure where to begin . Last May ,I came upon Melanie Lyne in search of a wedding guest outfit . I had such a delightful experience whilst shopping at 5 corners , that I became a new and avid fan . Much to my delight was knowing that there was a M.L. in my own back yard ( Tsawwassen) . I enjoyed the great selections and knowing that I could acquire points and have them pay it forward. I spent a fair bit . But was discouraged at how many months it took to see my points credited . Scroll to present day ... I get not 1 but 3 phone calls from M.L. at the end of October , informing me that a friends & family sale is coming up and that my points are about to expire on Oct. 31 ! Imagine my shock to find out that the many months wait for points accreditation is about to expire ! It hasn’t even been a year since first purchase ,let alone how many months later it took to be credited for it . They went on to say that they would extend the credit points (value of 60 total ) for the sale event and until Nov. 11 .( end of event ) . So I was able to go in on Nov. 10 th ,and tried as hard as I could to redeem my points . Almost an hour of waisted time at the counter ! I had 3 different sales staff try to enter my info . The air message was the same « points expired « !I asked for a manager ,and was informed that they didn’t have one ,but that they would have the district manager call me the next day . I’m sure you’ve guessed by now , that no call was received and and I never heard from anyone from M.L. since ! To say that I’m disappointed ,is an understatement! I’m also sad at how poorly your point system works and how lacking in guidance your Tsawwassen store staff is in . It really is a shame . Such promising product as well as potentially more enjoyable shopping experiences , all for naught . You have lost another potentially loyal customer . I shall be taking my business elsewhere.
