Employee didn't bother to stand up to help me. I asked for a purple hat, they pointed out a pink one. I found a purple one on my own in the store but decided to buy elsewhere.

Limited selection at this location. Service is ok. I prefer going to the metrotown or downtown locations as they have a much larger selection.
Indian girl employee wearing glasses felt her stitching machine that she didn’t know how to use was more important then helping me purchase a hat. She stayed on the phone trying to get help while making me wait and was rude when I said I wanted to buy these hats. Very unprofessional. Hope she gets retrained as I will not come back and let everyone I know not to visit. I ended up purchasing the two hats if your reading this you know who I am. I bought the Squad and nike hat.
These guys got the best customer service in lower mainland. I went to the other lids store and landed up buying nothing because those guys didn't helped me selecting the caps. Connor and other East Indian girl (don't know the name) were very helpful. They provided me with the best service that I would expect whenever I go to shop around. Thanks guys and cheers
Lids offer you one of the best deals you can get for when you are purchasing a hat. They have a huge selection onsite and can order you in pretty much anything you need. I suggest going to the store itself if ordering anything online to let them do it for you. For some reason you get way better discounts if they do the ordering for you on your account from the store.
