The car service was fine but the only time they had available was 8 am on a Saturday. When I arrived I realized a few minutes before paying that I had forgotten my wallet. The mechanic wouldn't let me have the car keys, didn't offer any solutions, didn't seem to care at all, and was happy to let me walk 2 and a half hours in the rain to go back home and get my wallet. He claimed it was for \security reasons\ which seems silly to me, since I could have easily had a second copy of the car keys and driven off that way. I couldn't even get in the car to get my jacket and ended up being incredibly cold. I lost a little bit of faith in humanity that day. If you don't care about customer service, then this place is fine. Otherwise, there are plenty of more friendly places elsewhere.

Convenient location. The service was good, counter staff worked hard to give me a deal on an awesome set of tires. Made suggestions to me but never pushy. I was able to get my car done within a couple of hours without an appointment. A truly positive experience, and left feeling good about my purchase. I would definitely recommend this branch.
