They didn't have the size of my boots and they offered to deliver it to me. Cashier said it might take faster if i decide shipping address to be Richmond DSW branch. Guess what it's been 10business days now and i got notification,my boots delivered to Ontario branch!!! who knows if i can have my boots in spring or summer...hug me hard if i ever shop here again.

If DSW can survive their stay in Canada, they could dominate a large segment of the shoe market. We simply love DSW because of the larger size selection but yesterday's shopping adventure was a bit of a bust, because very little stock on the shelves.

Ordered a pair of boots for my daughter online. We ordered a size 4. When the boots came, it was a size 2. We had to make our way to the DSW store in Tsawassen to return them. When we got there, we immediately explained what has happened. I told them that this is very inconvenient and it took away from our day. There was no apology nor was there any offer of anything. It was just a normal transaction. Very disappointed.
