I spent a portion of my day looking around the mall for swim shorts when I was recommended Bikini Village. As soon as I came in I understood why, the store manager who I later found out was named Lisa, leads a very welcoming store. She explained all of the applicable sales to what I was looking for. I found some really cute pineapple shorts, for which we shared the same enthusiasm. From start to finish, it was one of the most genuine interactions I've had in a store for a long time. Lots of laughs, an enormous smile and a very positive and encouraging atmosphere. I was treated like a person or a friend and not a sale and the more stores I go into, the more I appreciate staff like Lisa.

I went there last week and was helped by Lisa who did a fantastic job. She was helpful and pleasant about my choices but when they weren’t working, she gently guided me to what would look good on my body type. So grateful! I felt like I had a personal shopper. Will definitely go back.

Customer service was too pushy. Music in the store was too loud and obnoxious. Poor selection on ordering baiting suits sizes with each set of items having 7 or 8 XS and 2 XL but nothing in between. No mirrors in changing rooms. Disappointing experience.
