I had Dr. Tsandelis as my OB for all 3 of my babies (2012, 2014 and 2017). I had a very positive experience. I never had trouble getting through on the phone. The office staff/receptionist were always helpful when I needed their assistance with physician's notes and whatnot. Dr. Tsandelis is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled OB and I am so grateful to him for our 3 babies.

I was reffered to Dr. Tsandelis by my family doctor. I could not make the appointment that was booked, so I called to reschedule, and called, and called. I called for several times a day when the voicemail message said they would be available for weeks, but no one picked up. I was on maternity leave so, I asked a neighbour to watch my baby, got a taxi to the office only to find an empty reception room with a lonely receptionist, who had only minutes prior ignored my call. The actual doctor was unremarkable, but the I've never experienced such terrible treatment from a receptionist. How is this person still employed?
I am pregnant !! Been calling for three days no answer to their phones ? What’s the point of having g receptionist if you guys don’t answer the phone . I have been having a very bad experience getting to my doctor who now acts like he isn’t my main doctor for months and this is happening ? I come visit this doctor doesn’t always have my records of processes I’ve been going threw during this time so he calls other local clinic for them each time and then books me for more tests that really wasn’t needed . But I passed them all but I have a glucose test I just did a month or so ago and still don’t know one result if it’s fatal or not . I go in to see if my baby is okay a quick measure of my stomach takes just less than one minute and I’m asked to make another appointment and take more tests ? I think I need a midwife . Cause I can’t be doing this and when I call a office they never be answering there calls and there automated voice machine says there closed ? Very unprofessional ? I think pregnant woman services here should be 100% better .
I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional the secretary was this morning. I simply called to reschedule my appointment and instead of doing so she was rude, didn't allow me to finish my sentence and hung up on me. Going forward I will no longer be one of Dr. T's patients because of this lady. I and no one else deserves to be treated this way. She is miserable and clearly should not be in the position she is in.
I just got a call from who I would assume is the receptionist. She called back the wrong number saying I called her. She got VERY insistent and when I told her I've never called this number before she lost it and got even ruder which I didn't think was possible. It got to the point I had to tell her she was rude and she hung up. Awful. So I googled the name that came up.
