While I am satisfied with my purchase, calling the Dorval store is an absolute disaster. The phone chain hoops you have to jump through is a very frustrating experience and all the options I choose did not allow me to speak to a REAL person. I had to choose the option of speaking to a salesman that maybe could transfer me to someone who could help, but no, VOICEMAIL. Telephone system 0 stars, product and service 4.5 stars.
More expensive than others. Salespeople put a lot of pressure. Better service and price with club piscine.
All the personnel and the manager are courteous and friendly. The sales lady, particularly, made our shopping experience very enjoyable! She was very knowledgeable and attentive to our particular needs, When an accessory wasn’t available in a colour we wanted, she went over all the possible options in other brands and offered valuable recommendations. She also gave us a contact place for alterations and made to measure item, which we specifically needed. Throughout our shopping, visit, she was exceptionally kind and humorous. We actually had fun and we were happy with our purchase and the price. We will definitely come back to this branch.
I ordered my new liner with the help of Fred-Erick. He was the best. He spent hours with me answering all my questions. He even came to see my pool because of an issue. We negotiated a very fair and reasonable price.He always returned my calls even when not at work. Truly a wonderful pool authority. Thanks!!
