The place is very clean! The gentleman are very respectful and honest, which is very hard to find these days. I have been late with payments and they always call to remind me. My children come with me sometimes and always get little candy. The jewelry is unique and excellent quality.. They have my life long business..
DECEMBER 26, 2019: The first time I had ever had to use a pawn shop was about 12-18 mos. ago, and my expectations were not good: Was ashamed, and thought I was going to have to haggle! Best of all, I was NOT humiliated -- MY GREATEST FEAR! Staff had class, were well-dressed, polite, understanding, and were willing to work within my needs! Will NEVER use ANYONE ELSE! AM HEADING BACK IN ANOTHER EMERGENCY: LIFE HAPPENS! And TRUST GOLD COMPANY is there to help! P.S. ALSO, have some extraordinarily beautiful pieces for sale, but expect to pay the price for what you get! FAIR IS FAIR... & I truly believe they are fair... And CARE! WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?
