Excellent experience and a great deal on the minivan I bought in the mid 30K price range. I am in Edmonton and did the whole transaction over the phone and internet and they got the car delivered here. I dealt almost exclusively with Ken who has been very professional. This is potentially the most risky way of buying a car (over the internet) and these guys were very honest, helpful and communicated with me along the way. Frankly I was worried buying a car I have not even seen in person but went for it because there was still Toyota warranty left on the minivan and the mileage was very low. I have examined the car thoroughly and had to do an out of province inspection - it passed it all with flying colours. The car is in such a good condition that it still has that new car leather smell.

Recently purchased a 2008 BMW 328i from Calvin and Carl at a discounted price. The experience was very nice and I was treated well when I bought the car. And I was happy with the vehicle for about one week. Then I started discovering issues with it. They misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and, when I approached them to get some of my complaints resolved, they refused by stating that they \will not lose money on the car\. The BMW requires approximately 4,500 worth of repairs. This dealership is clearly more interested in making money, than ensuring quality and safety of the vehicles that they sell or its reputation. I will be filing an official complaint against Trust Auto Sales with the Vehicle Sales Authority, which regulates this industry. Steer clear and spend your money elsewhere.
LOVED LOVED LOVED dealing with Calvin Yeh, he made the buying process so easy. I never thought buying a car can be so stress free. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership and if possible dealing with Calvin. If i could give more than 5 stars i would.
