I had on going issues with my 2018 GT 3 with its radar and back up camera. After several failed attempts with a different dealership I contacted Truro Mazda. They got me right in! They did have my car for a few days and diagnosed the issues and fixed it! I was thrilled! This will be my go to dealership for everything from now on!! I actually have an appointment next week for scheduled maintenance and possible warranty work with a rattling speaker and I'm not dreading it as I know it will be a great experience!!

I just wanted to post a big big thank you to Ben and his team at Truro Mazda for the easy and painless process with trading into a new vehicle to me. Not only did Ben make the test drive process easy the dealership was very transparent in the history of the vehicle and In their paperwork process. Even though they didn’t have to replace them Ben found that the brakes on the vehicle I wanted were worn past half but not near minimum, they did a full replacement of the brakes for me and even put a brand new tire on the spare wheel. They offered me a very good trade in price that was on the higher end of the market. Their finance office is very open and will work with you to find the best rate. Even though I was offered a deal at prime rate they were able to find a better rate and slashed my interest by half a point! Thank you again to truro Mazda for helping me find what I wanted and ensured that I was happy in the process

Anything & Everything has been great. I have dealt with this location twice now and both experiences were phenomenal. The way they time things and handle things in the background while you are in doing appointments or whatever it may be is great. Things are just ready when you are and with great service. 10/10 recommend this branch of Mazda!
