Very nice people work here and are always friendly and happy to welcome newcomers as much as their regulars. Very professional but comfortable atmosphere. The store is also always clean and sanitized. :)

Ups delivery arrived on Friday and unfortunately we were not home to receive package. The driver left a notice that the parcel could be picked up at the UPS store at 14 Court street Truro. We checked the website for hours and made our way to the store to find a note on the door that they were closed. We called Monday morning for forty minutes trying to verify that someone would be there before we made another trip and the ups employee said she doesn't answer the phone while with a customer. In this day and age, it's hard to believe a business would have one employee that, when busy, there was no one available to assist other customers. A rating of one star is generous ..
Great service and helpful advice, I send them all my business
I was supposed to have 3 packages delivered yesterday. They didn't come because of \harsh weather conditions\ even though yesterday was the first nice day we've had in a week. Not that big of a deal though, so I waited until today, but they only delivered one package. So, I tried to call them two times and both time they answered, said nothing and then hung up. Oh and we paid extra for two day shipping.
