I bought a piano there and some of the keys weren't working properly do I brought it back and they said they'd look at it and let me know, do i waited and waited and waited, finally I called them and I was told that I would get a call back the next day but that never happened, this went on for over three month. In those three month I stopped in a few times to see if they had any idea how long or what the story was on it, till finally I just went and picked it up and then they told me there's nothing they can do about it, you will have to contact yamaha. After waiting over 3 month no phone call from them.

Terrible staff and ripoff prices, I had paid on a phone i had in there and they still put it out on the floor 2 days later because their stupid employees are morons that cannot even write down things apparently. Do not go there worst pawn shop in town. ran by old people who have no clue ho to use computers. Took them 30 mins to admit their mistake and they still didn't take it of the sales shelf. These people are crooks!
staff were very knowegeable friendly and supportive loved to joke around and knew all about their inventory worked with me to come up with an affordable payment plan and purchased merchandise was in remarkable condition everything I bought there works well and is clean with minimal markings and anytime ive had a question regarding setups or functionality they've been happy to help its not just a one time shop its a family extension who is always there when u need em

Horrible and rude service would not buy anything from them if my life depended on it everything is just over priced and not worth it at all would never shop there again!
Very bad service. It isn't that they couldn't fix my laptop, or that I waited 4 weeks with no updates, but that they lost my power adapter when I came to get it back. Bummer :(
