Great friendly staff that respond quickly to tenants requests. However, as with all government services, the timeframe for which those requests are actually dealt with isn't always the speediest. However, they do prioritize so it depends on the urgent nature of the request. They've always been very responsive with me anyway.....so far. Having said all that, I hope they don't give me a reason to change my review down the road.
