They freeze my account twice a week and usually on Fridays then aren't open all weekend leaving me hungry and not able to access my own money. Then if you call they say please goto your nearest bmo and remove the hold. All simply because I sent an email transfer smh.. highly recommend not going with bmo
Very poor customer service I have 900 and some in my bank and they let another person go into my bank and take it all and say that there is nothing that they can do about it and I have 3 kids at home hungry and need gas to get to work I cant believe this now I'll have to go to a food bank to feed my kids thanks bmo will never bank with bmo again they are all very rude too
