All set for a massage today for a mother and daughter date after school but an unfortunate event had happened and my daughter needed to be extended a few minutes for school and called in to let them know about the situation. Micaela and Megan were on point on communicating with the protocol and seem very professional. I could've just lied about not feeling good and sick that relates to Covid so they wont charge the cancellation fee, but I still chose to be honest and transparent with the situation and suffer the 50 dollar cancellation fee. Would've appreciated a little consideration with everything thats goin on. A 1st warning would be acceptable.

I recently went to the new location in spruce grove. I had a chemical peel done by Lauren and she was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend her. The spa itself is okay I honestly kind of liked the old location, it felt a lot cozier. A huge plus for me was the customer service, everyone was very professional and accommodating as I had to change my appointment and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of one of the ladies at the front desk. She was actually quite rude and short with both myself and the staff.

21.00 for an upper lip wax...which took all of 3 minutes? I will NOT be back!!! Outrageous!!!!! Your response to my review would be laughable ...if it wasn’t so sad! Expertise of a “technician” (in this case) must include the 30 seconds it took to dab make up on my upper lip???). No, 21.00 is STILL outrageous for the less than 5 minutes I visited! You’ve requested feedback? ... ok lower your price for lip wax... would be my only suggestion for improvement. I have experienced this service in many places, and different counties... yours is the MOST expensive!!
