Last week my odometer and instrument panel cluster started flashing. I called Truck Pro because they listed a mobile mechanic, however he was not available. Ron said to disconnect my battery for a couple of minutes to see if that will reset the instrument panel computer. Even though it was a Friday Ron offered to stop by if he could get off early however that never happened but the offer was really appreciated. I did what Ron suggested and the computer reset and life was good again. I immediately drove to their shop to get my truck checked out just in case. Ron metered my batteries and checked my alternator voltage output. All was good. I needed a couple of the large amber LED lights but had difficulty removing my old defective one. I didn’t want to force anything so went back in and asked for assistance. George happily came out and with a little difficulty and muscle got it out and even installed the new light. All I was charged for were my two lights! Everyone from the young lady at the counter (sorry I didn’t catch your name) to Ron and George were very friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will return! Steve C.

Great service. Great people. And clean shop. Definitely one of the best in town. And they even gave me a ride back to the ferry when I dropped off our truck for service. Thanks guys.

Good parts stock and tools as well. For cvi's they are too picky and will sometimes fail a vehicle for items that aren't part of a safety inspection. Staff is friendly and overall good to deal with
