Al and Joanne are very special people. They care about everyone. We bought our Spa last year, and have had no problems at all. Walking into their store to buy supplies, you feel welcomed and there is always a smile meeting you. If you are thinking of a Spa or Pool... They should be the first place you go!

I recently purchased a S104 LS Sunrise “hot tub” from Tropical Pools and Spa in Prescott. I have never been so disappointed in a product in my life. It is so shallow you cannot stand up, if you sit on the side seats the upper half of your body is exposed. The corner seats are so uncomfortable you feel like your body is folded in half. I am a small female and I should sit comfortably. This is NOT your typical hot tub. It says it seats 7 adults ..I was uncomfortable with 2 adults and a child, it felt so crowded. 7 adults would NOT sit comfortably, the water would overflow it’s so shallow. I believe it should be explained to the buyer that this line of “hot tub” is shallow.. Its hard to discern the shallowness of the spa from looking at it empty in the show room. Look elsewhere and buyer beware. Ask lots of questions.
