The team at Tropical are fantastic! We purchased our Beachcomber earlier this year. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell and supported us as we chose our tub. They delivered and set up our tub and have provided great customer care as we reached out with questions about how to properly care for our hot tub. We would definitely recommend this local business.

From my initial selection from purchase to install the staff was very helpful making sure, the unit would handle the performance needed for my area coverage. There install team was very professional and took the time to instructed me on the use of my new Enviro insert alone with safety instructions.
Life changing investment! I love my Beachcomber. It's been 7 months so far and my hydro has hardly gone up and the maintenance is so easy! It is honestly cheaper to run then I thought. I regret not buying one sooner! Totally recommend the amazing team at Tropical! Also, my tub is made in BC!

Bought a used Spa about 5 years ago, to enjoy as a family but mainly as therapy for my wife's back, post spine surgery. Hot tub has run flawlessly for The Last 5 Years. Works awesome to relax Susanne's back.. received a lot of help from the folks at Tropical Pool and Spa regarding Spa maintenance etc.
Phil was great to deal with. Tub came when promised. Install was very professional. Always treated well when I go in to buy chemicals. Would recommend tropical to anyone for their hot tub purchase.

Always have the product I am looking for in stock. Great friendly staff that greet you by name and are alway willing to help with your hot tub and pool inquiries. When the time comes for a gas fireplace I will definitely be coming here to purchase a Valor. Installed one in my last house and loved it.
