Haven't left for my trip yet but I am so impressed with Kevin. I had mobility issues that needed attention both on the flights and destination and he couldn't have been more helpful. Tripcentral.ca, New Sudbury Centre, 1349 Lasalle Blv, Sudbury, Ontario My husband and I are travelling to Puerto Vallarta with our service dog. Because it was our first time travelling with our Service animal, we decided to walk into a travel agency instead of doing the bookings on line as we have done many times in the past. On July 28, we walked into tripcentral.ca, New Sudbury Centre- 1349 Lasalle BLVD, Sudbury Ontario. We came in with our service dog and all of its credentials to support the process. The agent was friendly and indicated that she was part time but had a lot of experience as a travel agent and had worked at many other agencies in the past. Through the process, another agent supported our request and called Air Canada agent and received support and guidance from that person by phone. Preferred seats were identified for my husband and his dog. This was identified as a Bulk head seat. The confirmed departure date is November 3rd. On this date, July 28th, we paid in full with cancelation insurance for the tickets with the seats that we thought had been selected. On August 3rd, we received a call that a letter from the Dr was needed to link the service dog to my husband’s needs. Such letter was faxed directly from the Dr to the travel agent at tripcentral.ca. My husband confirmed that agent had received letter. We Got the All good to go from this agent. She indicated that we would be receiving an email with all the information. Cont'd
