My husband and I stayed at Cove Cottage last September while attending the Roots, Rants and Roars festival in Elliston. It was the perfect respite from the crowds of the event and hearing the waves lapping onto shore just outside our bedroom window made us want to stay in bed forever. The cottage is right next to the check in at the Artisan Inn in the heart of Trinity which meant it was easy to have a drink on the waterside patio before dinner at the Twine Loft, and made for easy exploring of this charming town.
