Went to Home Depot looking for the “ guts” for 2 door handles that my 5 year olds broke. They don’t sell the inner parts , just the whole set, but I wanted to keep the handles so they’d stay matching. Anyways the guy at Home Depot suggested Trident Key Mart. I went and sure enough he had the inner parts , Brian the owner was very helpful in picking out the right ones. Highly recommend going there for small things such as this. I try to support small local businesses, and knowing this place I will be back again for all my lock and key needs.

A locally owned, operated business and every time they have been efficient, knowledgeable, and accurate. The store hours are the same as the mall, but I have seen the owner work longer. Some of the new staff seemed a little impersonal, making my visits less pleasant.
This shop owner does lots of services such as engraving, as well as making keys. They manager is very helpful and fl.exible

I needed a lock cylinder for my front door...it was an obscure part..the gentlemen actively listened showed me pieces as potential solutions...worked WITH me ...showed me an inexpensive piece ..offered to take it back if it wasn't right...gave me to confidence to try it... it fit like a glove...thank you! Fair pricing good problem solving and honest!
