Our company decided to renovate our old elevator in the building. It was old, noisy and slow and sometimes wouldn't work properly, it had to be either completely replaced or fixed. This company was referred to us and they did a great job. They replaced old parts, fixed all the issues and gave a fresher look for a fair price. It's been more than 2 years now and it still works like new.

Trident Elevator has definitely been a big help servicing some of my business. I've even been able to recommend them as great elevator consultants in Toronto to other business owners I know. The owner is very accommodating and I feel like I can trust them!
Always prompt and courteous with their service calls. Have not had any problems since installation in 2011. Their service personnel are always professional and so far all has gone well with our elevator.
I needed an elevator mechanic for my building, it turned out to be an incredibly easy fix. Other companies were quoting me very high numbers, and I was shocked. Trident identified the simple fix, and charged me a much more reasonable amount. I was very relieved.
